ORDERING

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of all items sourced, all orders are treated as confirmed once placed.

Clients have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded, as the item is secured specifically on your behalf and stock availability is extremely limited.

We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please reach out — we’re always happy to assist.

EXCHANGE x RETURNS

All items sourced through RE SOURCE AU are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless an incorrect item has been received.

This policy is in place due to the exclusive and limited nature of the pieces we source.

SHIPPING

Your desired item will be shipped directly to you via RE SOURCE AU or your designated shopper.

All items are shipped via postal services only — purchases are not available for pickup.

IMPORT TAXES

Please note that RE-SOURCE AU is not responsible for any additional import taxes or duties that may be applied when your order arrives in your destination country.

SOURCING FEE

Please note our sourcing fee is non-refundable when invoiced. Please see associated fees below.

Our fixed sourcing fee is $250 AUD

We charge 8% for products over 5,000 AUD.

If you choose to cancel the order at invoicing, the sourcing fee will still apply. 

If for any other reason the order is cancelled - the sourcing fee will still apply. ​

WATCH x HERMES BIRKIN/KELLY SOURCING

For all new clients, a non-refundable $150 AUD fee is required prior to receiving pricing on Watches or Hermès Birkin/Kelly pieces.

This fee reflects the extensive time and global market research our team invests to secure the most competitive and exceptional pieces. The $150 will then be credited towards your final purchase at checkout, ensuring it contributes directly to your dream piece.

Payment Plans

1. Eligibility
   Resource AU offers payment plans of up to 10 weeks to approved clients only. (15 weeks for any Birkin, Kelly and Watch orders)
   All payment plans must be confirmed in writing before commencement.
   
2. Deposit
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any item under a payment plan.
   No item will be held without a deposit.
   
3. Instalments
   The remaining balance must be paid in instalments over a maximum of 10 weeks.
   Instalments may be structured weekly, fortnightly, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
   
4. Payments
   Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates. If a payment is not received by the due date, Resource AU may, at its sole discretion, charge a holding fee to continue reserving the item. Holding fees are intended to cover the ongoing costs associated with securing and storing the item during the extended payment period. In the event of cancellation, all amounts paid (including the non-refundable deposit) will be forfeited.
   
5. Final Payment & Release of Goods
   Goods will not be released or shipped until the balance has been paid in full.
   Resource AU will notify the client once the final payment has cleared and the item is ready for dispatch or collection.
   
6. Non-Compliance
   Payment plans are approved based on an agreed completion date. If payments are missed, delayed, or the payment plan extends beyond the originally agreed timeframe, holding fees may accrue until the account is brought up to date or paid in full. The amount of any holding fee will be determined by Resource AU based on the value of the item, the length of the delay, and any associated costs incurred. All outstanding payments, including any applicable holding fees, must be paid in full before the item will be released, shipped, or made available for collection. Resource AU reserves the right to cancel any payment plan where payments remain overdue.
   
7. General
   Payment plans are non-transferable and may not be altered once confirmed, unless agreed in writing by Resource AU.
   By entering into a payment plan, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
